- 1 / 5By Jacob McCrackenWorst experience in a McDonald's ever. They are always slower than slow. They only care about the drive thru customers. This day, the cashier couldn't take a basic order. The one filling the order, not only rude, couldn't read that the order said dine in for 3 customers in a row. They were out of Dr. Pepper and response was I think there is something wrong with it, get something else to the customer in front of me. Then the ketchup dispenser was empty, when asked by multiple customers they stated they would get to it "when caught up". When told order was dine in, like receipt stated, he slammed all the food on to the tray. There is no excuse to treat your customers this way, especially since they just want basic service and aren't being rude themselves.December 26, 2016
